Why 30 Minute Magic

You don’t need the perfect workout. You just need to start.

Some days you have plenty of motivation and a clear plan. This is for all the other days—the busy ones, the distracted ones, and the ones when deciding what to do feels harder than doing it.

The start is the hard part.

It’s remarkably easy to put off a workout. You wait for more time, more energy, a better plan or the right equipment—and suddenly today has become tomorrow.

30 Minute Magic is built on a simpler belief: doing something is better than doing nothing. A workout doesn’t have to be perfect to count. It just has to begin.

Brain off, body on.

We’ll handle the planning. You bring the next thirty minutes.

Choose what you have to hand and get a balanced session you can follow from start to finish. No programming a routine, no keeping an eye on the clock, no wondering what comes next.

Thirty minutes, sorted.

  1. 01

Tell us what’s nearby—even if that’s nothing but a little floor space.

  2. 02

Get five balanced movements. Swap anything you don’t fancy and adjust the targets if you need to.

  3. 03

Press start and follow the prompts for six rounds. Before there’s time to overthink it, you’re moving.

Whatever’s to hand is enough.

In a rush? Away from your usual setup? Not a problem. Train with your bodyweight, a single dumbbell, a resistance band, a chair—or whatever combination happens to be available.

Your workout only includes movements that fit the equipment you select, so there’s no hunting for kit halfway through.

Put one in the bank.

Most days go better with a workout under your belt. You may feel stronger or clearer-headed; you may simply be glad you kept a promise to yourself.

Thirty minutes of movement is a generous gift to give your body. Click start now, and there’s a good chance you’ll be grateful you did when the final minute ends.
